Cancellation Policy - Effective January 1st, 2023!
BC Cosmetics requires a $50 deposit and credit card on file at time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your total service cost. Once you have completed your treatment, you have the option of using the card you have on file or using a different payment method at the time of checkout. (We accept e-transfer, cash, debit and credit).
Please note that all bookings/cancellations/ rescheduling is to be done online.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the staff's day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice or miss their appointment will lose their $50 deposit. If the client reschedules their visit within 30 days, the deposit will be used as a credit towards their treatment. If the client does not reschedule within 30 days, the $50 becomes property of BC COSMETICS.
If lateness or no-shows are reoccurring, a greater charge of 50-100% of their service may be charged and is at the discretion of BC COSMETICS.
This fee also includes late cancellations due to illness and personal emergencies. As stated above, the $50 deposit will be returned to the client as a credit on their account if the appointment is rescheduled within 30 days. If 30 days have passed and the client has not rescheduled, the $50 will become non-refundable and is property of BC COSMETICS.
